No. Micro modal fabric does not shrink in the washing machine or dryer. We recommend you wash in cold or warm water and dry on low heat. Please note: High heat, vinegar, and bleach will damage the waterproof fabric.

Easy! Turn the sweat proof undershirt inside out and wash it with cold or warm water with your other clothes; then dry on low heat. You can use regular detergent, and stain remover if needed. NOTE: Bleach and high temperatures (e.g., ironing, hot dryer temps) will damage the waterproof layer.
