Our shipping carriers UPS, USPS, and FedEx are not guaranteeing delivery times for standard, expedited and priority shipments. Shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may be delayed by 20 days or more.
Because we value all of our customers worldwide, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue shipping new orders to the most international shipping locations from our e-commerce store based in the US. With the recent import changes, coupled with the lingering logistics problems caused by the pandemic, many of our international customers are experiencing longer shipping delays, undeliverable shipments and/or increased Customs fees and import taxes.
As we replenish our inventory on our website store, we are also working to replenish our international Amazon marketplaces. We believe that buying Ejis products on Amazon will prevent shipping delays, exorbitant import fees and taxes, and improve the shopping experience for our valued international customers.

In many countries, customs delays are occurring due to workforce shortages, increased inspections and changes to the collection of taxes and duties, which can add 4-5 weeks to the delivery beyond the shipping delays.
