The Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on September 13, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, representatives, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Purchase Entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, place an eligible order at www.ejisinc.com. Each eligible purchaser will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry. No promotional code or additional action is required.

On Monday, September 14, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible purchases made on September 13, 2026 during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their EJIS order or free entry (team@ejisinc.com)

Each potential winner must respond within four calendar days of the notification email to verify eligibility, claim the prize, and provide their boxer-brief size and eligible product selections.

If the notification is sent on September 14, 2026, the potential winner must respond no later than 11:59 PM PT on September 18, 2026.

If a potential winner does not respond by the deadline, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner.

Three prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive one EJIS boxer-brief bundle consisting of three boxer briefs, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $129.

Each winner may select their preferred eligible boxer briefs and size, subject to product, color, size, and inventory availability.

The Prize consists only of the items described above.

Total ARV of all three prizes: $387.

Prizes are nontransferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted by a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Sponsor will cover standard shipping to an eligible address within the 50 United States. Each winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

The Sweepstakes Entities make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes. Each prize is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All prize details are subject to the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries or orders placed on www.ejisinc.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

On September 14, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each potential winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules before being confirmed as an official winner. All decisions made by the Sponsor or Administrator regarding the Sweepstakes—including entry eligibility, winner qualification, and interpretation of these Official Rules—are final and binding.

Each potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility before receiving the prize.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified their eligibility and confirmed compliance with these Official Rules.

The potential winner will be emailed the information provided on their order. An email from Sponsor at team@ejisinc.com will reach out to the winners within 24 hours. Failure to respond within the tim permitted in the Official Rules will be viewed by the Sponsor as declining the prize and relinquishing all rights and involvement in the Sweepstakes and the prize. After responding to the initial winner notification, the Administrator will send an e-mail to the provided e-mail address, including instructions on how to verify eligibility, and how to receive his/her prize. If a potential winner or any alternate winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or potential alternate winner within the required time period, or in the event that a prize notification is returned undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, it is the Sponsors’ sole discretion that such prize may be awarded to a new alternate potential winner. If a potential winner has declined a prize they may not be re-entered into the Sweepstakes or re-named as the Sweepstakes winner (or any variation) under any circumstances as Entrant’s rejection officially removes said Entrant from the Sweepstakes and relinquishes all rights to anything related to the Sweepstakes. No exceptions for reinstatement will be made. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or any other type of equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of prize or force majeure. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Contact with a winner will only be made by an authorized agent of the Southern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association after the end of the Sweepstakes as set forth above. No other contact is valid.

By entering, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accepts Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or fairness of the Sweepstakes or who submits false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect its proper administration, security, fairness, or integrity, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries or notifications caused by technical, internet, email, website, or other transmission errors.

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes in accordance with the EJIS Privacy Policy.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and California law.
