Return Policy

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, undershirts and underwear must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of undergarments that have been opened or tried on.

All returns are inspected and must meet these criteria to be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Return Portal (powered by Loop). You’ll need your order number and ZIP code to begin.

First Product Guarantee (FPG)

If this is your first purchase of a sweat proof undershirt or pair of sweat proof boxer briefs, we recommend trying one item first.

If it’s not the right fit, feel, or performance, you can request a replacement in a different sizeor a refund. No return is required.

What is Covered

The First Product Guarantee applies to:

  • One sweat proof undershirt
  • One pair of sweat proof boxer briefs

If multiple items are purchased (including bundles), the guarantee applies to one item only.

Clothing, Essential boxer briefs, and other non–sweat proof products are not eligible.

  • Valid for first-time purchases only
  • 45-day window from delivery
  • Applies to size changes only. Replacements are provided without requiring a return. Style or color changes are not eligible.
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only. 

How to Request a First Product Guarantee

Email support@ejisinc.com with your order number and let us know if you’d like a replacement (for a different size) or a refund.

Please do not use the return portal for First Product Guarantee requests.

45-day Return Policy

Products not covered by the First Product Guarantee may be returned or exchanged within 45 days.

  • Undershirts and underwear must be unopened
  • All other items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

Eligible returns may receive:

  • Refund
  • Exchange 
  • Store credit

Exchange orders are shipped free of charge.

Bundles

Items from bundles may be returned individually, as long as they are unopened and unworn.

The First Product Guarantee applies to one opened item only, even if purchased as part of a bundle. All additional items must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

Unopened items can be returned through the Return Portal.

First Product Guarantee requests must be submitted via support@ejisinc.com

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare case you have a defective or damaged product, contact support@ejisinc.com instead of using the return portal.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs.
